Latince Adı: Adiantum capilus-veneris, Αδίαντο η κόμη της Αφροδίτης Familya: Pteridaceae Kythira’da Bilinen Adı: Κόμη της Αφροδίτης (Komi tis Afroditis) Yunanistan’nın Diğer Bölgelerinde Bilinen Adı: Πολυτρίχι (Politrichi), Μαλλόχορτο (Malohohorto), Σκορπίδι(skorpidi) , Φύτσι του νερού (Fiçi tou nerou), Καλίτριχον (Kalitrıchon), Πηγαδόχορτο (Pigadochorto), Κόμη της Αφροδίτης (Komi tis afroditis), Ψαλλιδόχορτο (Psalidochorto), Βροντοτρίχι (Vrondtrıchi) Toplama: Yaprakları Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında toplanır. Özellikleri: Saç dökülmesine karşı önerilir. Ayrıca soğuk algınlığı, öksürük, bronşit ve astım gibi solunum problemlerinin tedavisinde de kullanılır.
