Επιστημονική ονομασία: Tordylium apulum, Τορδύλιο της απουλίας Οικογένεια: Umbelliferae Κυθηραϊκή ονομασία: Καυκαλίθρα Ονομασία σε άλλα μέρη της Ελλάδας: Καυκαλίθρα, Μυριστήρα, Μοσχολάχανο Συλλογή: Τη βρίσκουμε σε χωράφια αλλά και ακαλλιέργητες εκτάσεις τον χειμώνα και την άνοιξη Ιδιότητες: Αναζωογονεί το νευρικό σύστημα και δρα κατά της μελαγχολίας Tips: Χρησιμοποιείται ιδανικά στη μαγειρική, σε χορτόπιτες προσδίδοντας πλούσιο άρωμα. Επίσης τη βράζουμε μαζί με άλλα χόρτα για σαλάτα.
