Se halla en la capital bizantina de la isla, Agios Dimitrios, la actual llamada Paleójora. La iglesia es cruciforme con cúpula, sin frescos. Fue construida en el siglo XIII por albañiles de Monemvasia. Es muy característico su techo construido de roca esquistosa procedente de la isla, que se llama jelóplaka.
