Είναι το αγροτουριστικό χωριό των Κυθήρων. Καταλύματα που συνδυάζουν τη διαμονή σας με τη γνωριμίας της αγροτικής ζωής. Μικρές ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες με μποστάνια, κήπους, περιβόλια και λιόφυτα. Βρίσκεται στα νότια του νησιού, δύο μόλις χιλιόμετρα από το Καψάλι. Στον Κάλαμο θα συναντήσετε αγρότες να κυκλοφορούν με το τρακτέρ στους δρόμους πηγαίνοντας στις δουλειές τους. Άφθονα αμπέλια δεξιά και αριστερά.
