Ikonen und zeremonielle Werke, sehen. Leider kann die byzantinische Geschichte der Insel heute nicht in einem kleinen Raum dargestellt werden. Die meisten der Erbst\u00fccke und Ikonen werden in den Lagern des Heiligen Bistums von Kythira gehalten. Die griechische Regierung weist den kulturellen Reichtum von Kythira und von der ganzen Gegend Griechenlands zur\u00fcck. Dies verursacht einen sehr gro\u00dfen Schaden der kulturellen Identit\u00e4t der Griechen und der lokalen Wirtschaftssysteme.\r\n
